Everything feels strange unreal RUINING MY LIFE :(?

ok im 16 and for the past 8 months ive felt detached from my surroundings everything seems strange i used to get unreal spells that would last a few seconds but now i have it 24/7 it started when my ear poped cause of too much wax and i fell over i felt really strange when that happend and now i feel like this all the time i also have anxity and panic attacks now because of this felling Any one know whats wrong with me? is it all in my head??
