Can geographic tongue create an std?

I've had geographic for as long as I can remember. I didn't even know what geographic tongue was up until a few weeks ago. For those who don't know, it's little red circles that form on your tongue after you eat certain foods with high citrus or spices. It just irritates the tongue that's all, and it's completely harmless and goes away for a while then comes back. I was wondering if it would generate the same irritation (on my tongue or my husband's...body TMI) or a kind of reaction during ? (including oral)?
