Bad headache , end of pregnancy - what could it mean?

Another one of those (duh) questions, but you all know the sort of desperation you get near the end of pregnancy wanting to look for anything at all that *may* be a sign the time is near, lol. All pregnancy I have had headaches, but I've had one the last two days or so that's....just different. I can't explain it, exactly. It's strong for sure. No, I am no pre-eclamptic or anything. would you say this is this just a pregnancy moment, like all the others, or could it be there for some specific reason (bad or good)?
