How can I stick to a diet I like, ?
I am 14, 5'8" and 250 pounds. I have tried many diets such as Atkins, South Beach, NutriSystem, and others of my own(fat free) Does anyone have any advice or tips to loosing a weight, good workouts, or if you tried a diet that worked well for you.
