My hoover has no suction and is making a strange rattling noise, what can i do ?

i guess you know the bag might be full. put a new bag in it. then check the rotor wheel thing and make sure it's not restricted by carpet thread and such. use a clothes hanger and make sure it isnt stopped up. then punch it a couple of times. it should work ok.
