Video Card Overlocking - What speed should be higher, Memory clock or Engine(core,gpu) clock?

you can usually get away wit a 10% overclock with no problems, but it varies from card to card, just go a little at a time and test stability often using furmark or atitool, if it shows errors or yellow dots, tears or other screen artifacts, then lower the overclock.
