What restaurant is better?

I took an ociate of mine, Paul Allen, to Tex Arcana the other day and he said that we should have went to Dorsia and that he "could have gotten us a table." that really irritated me and it carried over into the night, I wound up taking care of the issue later, but what restaurant is better?
