Is this a ok laptop for 520 dollars,I would use mostly for burning music and surfing?

Garbage deal for a refurbished go to best buy.com and take a look at the dell t3400 dual core 3gb memory and 160 gb hard drive dual layer rw dvd and cd for only 500 dollars brand new in the box!!!
