I need legal advice here!!!!!!!?

does TTC consitute an emergency??? ok....here's the entire story... i was driving down the freeway, minding my own business when my BT ovulation thermometer alarm went off. so naturally i sped up a bit. when the alarm goes off, i only have thirty minutes of fertile time, so i really need to get moving. i really like this guy i met at the bar and i figured if i could make it there for happy hour i could get him in the mood. we discussed this before and he said he'd try to help me out. any hoo, this cop pulls me over...i told him do whatever you want but i'm in a hurry!!! i tried explaining to him about my BT ovulation alarm, TTC, and my dreams of being PREGGO...he didn't even care!!! i was so rushed on time that i told him i only had ten minutes left and if maybe he could help me out. so now in addition to a speeding ticket, no seat belt, loud exhaust, broken windshield on my ticket, he also charged me with a lewd act! is there anyway i can fight this? i can't afford a lawyer.
