I'm getting a cold. How do I help myself out?

Well I've told this to many individuals and all I can say is those that tried it..... go better quicker or not even very sick..... When I started feeling bad recently... my bride had me take airborne 3 times a day and use zicam 4 times a day... well my huntin/ropin buddy was feel sickly about the same time I was getting it... He took dayquil and a couple of other meds.... I was feeling almost 100% in less than 3 days... My buddy got worse, to the point he had to see the DR.... and he was sick for about 2 weeks..... I know from now on, I am takin the zicam and airborne.... I've seen it work in numerous other people..... I'd take some fever reducer with this if I was running a fever.....
