Falcons preseason loss?

as we all know, the falcons lost 27-26 to the lions in the preseason opener. the falcons only played their starters (not all of them either) for the first 7 minutes of the game. I dont know what detroit did but does anyone think that the falcons are now gonna suck this year? I mean when our starters were in we outscored them 10-3 but that first drive made our defense look worse than last year. Any opinions.
